Our team worked with Daikin, the world’s largest HVAC provider, to develop a new D2C ecommerce channel. Daikin sells through the traditional distributor, dealer, retailer channel, and we had to introduce new capabilities to empower the internal team, while not alienating the channel. We provided website design and development, implemented a growth marketing experimentation framework, and developed a unified reporting dashboard.
